Tommaso Giorgino

Landscaper – Born in Ostuni and graduated in Forestry and Environmental Sciences from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Bari. From January 2005 to December 2008, he worked as a research assistant at the Department of Crop Sciences in Bari and at the “greenLab” Applied Geomatics Laboratory. After several training and work experience opportunities that allowed him to further his studies in landscape ecology, green space design, and landscape planning and restoration, he graduated as a Landscape Architect from the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the Faculty of Architecture in Florence. A member of the Order of Agronomy and Forestry for the Province of Bari since 2006 and also a member of the Italian Association of Landscape Architects, he currently works on a freelance basis. Passion for his work and an interest in the ecological and cultural factors of landscape (in the Mediterranean region in particular), photography and architecture have seen him gain a high level of experience as a consultant for public and private bodies for whom he oversees studies and projects relating to parks, gardens, public spaces and landscape restoration.
